For events at the theatre there will be a small charge at the door by the management, or some of them may simply be free. You may always write to the Neon Venus Art Theatre may you have any questions about the events.

DJ Miguel and Neon Venus - Celebrity Karaoke
On special occasions we will present celebrity kereaoke with DJ Miguel.
Celebrity Karaoke features fans as impersonators who come to the stage to perform songs by their favorite artists. Anyone from the audience is also invite to sing their favorite celebrity tune.

Sage loves to Praise God and she adds a beautiful mix of angelic, sultry melodies, vocals of praise and her signature drum licks played on the keys definitely adds the spice! Sage believes in supporting her local communities and has played a major role in leading worship/prayer watches for the San Francisco International House of Prayer, leader for the Burn Prayer Series in the Bay Area as well as Founder of Gospel on the Green at the Bay, free concerts in major community parks of the Bay Area. Sage continues to find new avenues for spreading love around the world!

musicians in the arts scene of Las Vegas and lately with the owner of
Cloth and Canvas which is a clothing store that
promotes local talent. She has written
and produced for Make it or Break it videos, and worked at the Rio in the Special Events and Promotions department. Send her an email for ideas or to submit your act.

Movie Nights with Ailie Smith
Network with other filmmakers and members of the Las Vegas movie industry and/or meet
movie fans at our film showings. A schedule will be published in the next weeks.
Ailie Smith, who had been a make-up artists for major feature films will be your host for many of our film screenings on Monday nights. Please contact her if you would like to show your own film, or will like to suggest a movie.
The Neon Venus Art Theatre Opening (Coming Soon)

Please join us for our Grand Opening of the Neon Venus Art Theatre, which will be announced here in the next few weeks. The Neon Venus Art Theatre is located right by the Strip, a few blocks north of the Stratosphere.
At our opening we will feature some of the talent that will showcase on our themed nights, as well as a short movie showings with some of our film curators. All of those interested in a new arts experience and in networking opportunities provided by our new performance space please contacts to sign up for tickets.

Friday’s schedule includes our Glamnation showcase- band night for the best up and coming bands of Las Vegas and the US. Also earlier in the evening we may have Business for Bands Chats, so musicians of Las Vegas can network and be informed of the latest trends and news in the music business.
To close the night and going into the morning we will also have DJ’s during First Friday.

Thursday’s schedule Alter-Latino
The owners of the Neon Venus Art Theatre, the band Neon Venus, is a bilingual band, whose lead singer Lissette is from Puerto Rico (Peter is the lead guitarist and he is from Santa Monica).
We welcome the new wave of wonderful musicians that has been created out of new movement which combines Latin influence sounds with pop, dance and rock from the mainstream and alternative sounds.

Monday - Cinema Night (World Cinema, Filmmaker’s Night and Chats, Film Showcases, etc).
Check out our schedule and network with fellow filmmakers in Las Vegas, as well as with actors,
art designers, make-up artists, producers, etc. We are putting together a script reading night for screenwriters and directors, and we are open to any suggestions about similar events.
We will also be showcasing local and international film and have guest speakers.
Our venue is different in that we will have many of these events open for the public as well.
Please write with any suggestions you may have on how to make this night a success, if you would like to volunteer, promote or curate our nights. Film clubs are welcome as well.

Wednesday Night - Kareoke Night —-Also Singing lessons, Open Mic, etc
Thursday - Rock Alterlatino
Friday - Glamnation - The best up and coming bands - Business for Bands Chats - DJs
Sat - Comedy sketches and then themed celebrations
Sunday - Gospel - Blues - Jazz, etc. Plus Motivational speakers, talks about the environment.
These schedule has been constructed by the promoters we started to work with.

A new movie experience in the Las Vegas arts district

Our goal is to show a diversity of films for a growing and changing Vegas arts community. We want to showcase the power of filmmakers to illustrate the society we live in, perspectives, answers, pose questions, or simply entertain and show beauty and the human heart
Our vision is to feauture and support up and coming and established artists with a desire to share their work in an artistic environment that nourishes a variety of arts.
We would like to redifine the sharing of the arts experience by making our theatre home to mulitimedia arts and to the classic arts that our community has shared throughout the years.
We then offer our theatre for film showings, features, shorts, etc., master classes in filmmaking and other arts, and for internships, classes and mentorship.
Please joing us and feel free to join our community by offering your thoughts and joining our message board. We offer this site as a way to network and meet friends in your favorite fields.
