The Rainbow Center (the Arts Plaza in which Neon Venus is located) is the also the home of Cob4lt Blu3 Studio, 3rd Street Revolution Gallery & Studio, and La Casa De Cultura Hispanoamericana. These galleries exhibit the creations of talented, local Artists including Ed Dominguez, Juan Ybarra, Ezequiel Lee Orona, Roberto Carillo, and Juan Varela.
