AUGUST 1st, 2008- Bring your friends and family to celebrate as The Rainbow Center presents ART EXHIBITS & LIVE MUSIC, with Featured Band NEON VENUS. There will be refreshments at various participating establishments and more. Plus, Artist Lon Haverly is offering Portraits Drawn in 6 minutes!
